Our client wanted to seek outline approval for a single detached dwelling in the garden of their existing home.
We achieved outline approval and are currently seeking reserved matters approval for a large three bedroomed house with large detached garage.
The building is to be traditionally constructed with reclaimed facing bricks, roof tiles, with scalloped feature and timber cladding. All windows and doors are be oak framed with additional oak features proposed throughout the house.
The house has been designed to take best advantage of the south facing aspect.
