Executive Houses, Cuddington

The development comprises a former orchard that was sold with outline planning permission for two detached houses.

Our client – Top Yard Rentals purchased the site with a brief to design two high quality dwellings that would be in-keeping with the design of the existing adjacent farmhouse.

Each dwelling incorporates four double bedrooms, two with en-suites, one with a dressing room.

To the ground floor, each dwelling has a large rear facing family room overlooking the garden and fields beyond. There is a separate lounge and formal dining room. Large integral double garages have space for two executive cars, plus space for bicycles.

The houses are energy efficient to a very high standard, heated using air sourced heat pumps and underfloor heating. Externally, each house has a car charging point, permeable paving to each drive and new native deciduous trees to the gardens to compensate for the trees removed.
