Our client purchased the site with a partially built house that stood unfinished for quite a while.

The main house was completed by our client to a high standard, using local Stamford stone.

​

To complement the house, we were commissioned to design an additional wing to provide a three car garage and TV lounge at ground floor level, with a dressing room serving the existing master bedroom and a self-contained holiday flat at first floor level.

Planning permission was granted in 2013. Completed in 2018.
