Our client purchased a terraced cottage with large garden that was a disused garden allotment.

The site was put forward for development as part of the East Northamptonshire  District Council local plan review. Planning permission was eventually granted for two large detached and two semi-detached houses. All were built in local Stamford stone, with slate roofs to the main houses and red pantiles to the garage roofs to reflect the mixture of materials used on houses and outbuildings within the village.

Each house had zoned under floor heating linked to an air source heat pump. Fixtures included Laura Ashley kitchens, Pocelanose tiling to bathrooms and high quality sanitary ware.
