The house had remained vacant for some time and had fallen into a state of disrepair.

 

 Our client purchased the property and instructed Ellis Hillman Partnership Ltd to undertake full services (RIBA Stage 01-06).

 

There are three one bedroomed apartments and one two bedroomed apartment, with many of the buildings original features both internally and externally, being retained as part of the conversion.

Once completed, all four apartments were quickly rented.
