EHP Ltd were appointed to undertake a cost exercise to address the over budget costs that had been received for previous architects designs. EHP Ltd managed to reduce the build cost to back in line with the clients budget whilst still maintaining much of the clients wishes.
The house is simple in design with living and bedroom accommodation over two floors accessed from a double height central lobby which fills the house with natural light.
Completed 2017.
