Novus Head Office, Stoke-on-Trent

Ellis Hillman were appointed to provide full architectural services to refurbish and extend an existing building into Head Offices for Novus Property Solutions Ltd.

It was important to the client that the history of the company and the local area were integral parts of the building design along with a strong brand identity.  This was achieved by printing large vinyl displays on walls throughout the building with historic local images and a curved wall with company timeline and key events/dates and achievements.

The new entrance extension created a focal point, easily identifiable from the car park, providing a secure and controlled access to the remaining offices.  The reception, like the offices themselves, was finished to a very high specification, reflecting Novus’s high standards.  The entrance was fully branded in company colours and logos, with different textures and materials used to create a professional and welcoming environment.  This was continued through the buildings signage and decoration, giving a cohesive and quality feel to the building.

Accommodation included a mixture of open plan offices, executive offices and meeting rooms, with large communal/break out areas for staff.

Completed 2017.
