SOTCC Homelessness Hub
Ellis Hillman Partnership Ltd were appointed by SOTCC to design a Homelessness Hub that would provide essential accommodation to respond to the City's needs as well as consolidation and providing flexible accommodation for all homelessness related services.
The design was accepted by the board at the council, but the scheme has unfortunately been shelved following the recent election.
