The Croft Street Development in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent is Ellis Hillman Partnership's most recently completed scheme, providing 14 no. 2/3 bedroom houses for rent for the Stoke-on-Trent Housing Society.
Formerly a redundant car park, the site was acquired from the City Council with the aim to provide high quality houses for people on their housing register.
Working in conjunction with the Housing Society, the scheme achieves those aims and provides spacious, well built and highly insulated homes within easy access of the Town Center.
Ellis Hillman Partnership have worked within the Social Housing Rental Sector for many years working with several Social Housing providers throughout the Midlands.
The Practice has been involved in construction of well in excess of 1500 units of accommodation consisting of Houses, Bungalows, Apartments, Retirement Villages and Care Homes.
