This beautifully appointed development, consisting of two large detached and two semi-detached houses, was designed and built to reflect the mixture of materials used on other houses and outbuildings within the village.
All houses were built in the local Stamford Stone with slate roofs to the main houses and red pantiles to garage roofs.
Taking into account the local vernacular, these new builds have blended seamlessly within the local context.
